Singles Parties, November 25-29, 2008

3 parties this past Thanksgiving Week:

• Marin Mixer, Tuesday, November 25, at Indian Valley Golf Course in Novato. A little bit out of the way, but a lot of singles attended anyway.
• Wine Tasting Party, Friday, November 28, at Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Pleasant Hill. Small turnout. We thought our singles would be excited about our first-ever Wine Tasting Party in a hotel. Wrong. We will go back to our proven formula of large Wine Tasting parties in art galleries and wineries. Our biggest of the year will be our annual Christmas Art & Wine Tasting Party, Saturday, Dec 20, at RR Gallery in San Francisco.
• Lock & Key Dance, Saturday, Nov 29, at the Clarion Hotel in Millbrae. Huge crowd!

No one enjoys being alone for the holidays. That's why we have scheduled a dozen holiday parties for singles. Next week features three of these:

• North Bay Mixer/Dance/Karaoke, Monday, Dec 1, at the Flamingo Resort Hotel in Santa Rosa. Such a deal! Only $10 at the door includes our fun Christmas Mixer Game, with prizes; dancing; karaoke; and appetizers, served at 7pm, as long as they last.
• Young Single Professionals Party, Friday, Dec 5. Originally scheduled for Arthur's Restaurant in Santa Clara, which is closing. We are looking for a new location and will have that up on our website soon, hopefully.
• Marin Singles Holiday Dance, Saturday, Dec 6, at Embassy Suites Hotel in San Rafael. This is also the Grand Opening for Singles at the new Grille 101 Lounge (formerly Rings). Always a big crowd at our special parties at this fun night club.
