Singles Parties, Sep 4-7, 2007

We had 3 fun parties for singles this past week, beginning with our first Napa party in over a year on Tuesday night, Sep 4. The food, company, and mixer game were enjoyed by all!

On Thursday, Sep 6 we did our first party at Kimball's Carnival in Jack London Square. Huge space, perfect for big parties. Our singles thoroughly enjoyed the Lock & KeyMixer the first two hours, then stayed to boogie with Revelation, a terrific Live Band.

Friday night we had another Wine Tasting/Dance Party at Mr Smiths Night Club in SF. Well-attended, lots of new faces. Several of the wines were excellent. The most popular wine of the evening was "Trailer Trash." I am not making this up. Unfortunately, Patrick of Wine Socials, our co-sponsor, only brought 2 bottles, because he had never tasted it before and did not have high expectations. If he had know how popular it would be, he would have brought a case!

Only two parties next week. Tuesday, Sept 11 we party at Circa, a lovely restaurant in the Marina District, for the first time. On Friday, Sept 14, we dance at the San Mateo Marriott, where we have had so many great parties over the years. The theme is A Touch of Class, so please wear your finest!

Details are at www.ThePartyHotline.com. See you at the parties!
