Singles Parties, August 3 - 25, 2012

Our first Asian Singles Party in several years, Saturday, Aug 25 at the Hyatt Burlingame, was a huge success! Everyone enjoyed the high energy dance party, featuring DJ Darryl K and his music videos. Thank you to Your Asian Connection, which co-sponsored with us.

OTHER PARTIES DURING AUGUST:

• FlirtFest!, Friday, Aug 3, at the San Ramon Marriott. Nice turnout, fun party.
• Triple Party Madness, Friday, Aug 10, at Los Gatos Lodge. Lots of fun, with 3 party rooms featuring 2 DJs and a Live Band! Nice turnout.
• Dance on the Bay, Saturday, Aug 18, aboard The Spirit of Sacramento at the Brisbane Marina. Very disappointing turnout, in contrast to our June party on a Sunday afternoon aboard the same ship, which attracted a big crowd. What a difference a day makes! We don't do Saturday afternoon parties, as a rule, and now we know why. I am told that many of our singles prefer to do errands on Saturday afternoons, or rest up for partying on Saturday night. We won't make this mistake again...

SEPTEMBER HAS A GREAT LINEUP OF PARTIES:

• Last Days of Summer Dance, Saturday, Sep 1, Sheraton Palo Alto. We return to the hotel that has hosted so many large, fun parties for us in the past!
• White Party, Friday, Sep 7, Embassy Suites San Rafael. Our first-ever White Party, where everyone wears white!
• Wine Tasting & Dance Party, Saturday, Sep 8, Redux Walnut Creek. This large nightclub is the perfect venue for tasting boutique wines, followed by DJ dancing.
• Fall Ball at the Fairmont, Saturday, Sep 15, atop Nob Hill in San Francisco. Always a great turnout at this landmark hotel! Please dress in your finest.
• Advanced Degrees Party Highlights National Singles Week, Thursday, Sep 20, at Yoshi's in San Francisco. Our first party at this renowned live music venue ad restaurant. Meet new friends with a Doctorate or Master's Degree. Celebrate National Singles Week, Sep 16-22, the only week of the year that honors America's 100 million singles!
• Speed Dancing Party, Friday, Sep 21, at the Pleasanton Marriott. Our first Speed Dancing party was so much fun a few months ago in Burlingame, we're doing it again.
• Illusions Nightclub Dance, Saturday, Sep 29, in Palo Alto. The Silicon Valley's largest, most beautiful nightclub is the perfect venue for partying with new friends!
